Crazy cat lady starter kit. $99 plus $15 shipping.

We started working on this cat lady starter kit last week. Here are some pictures of the process so far. This is going to be fun to make.

We used the new (uncut) 2mm birch plywood in this kit. I had purchased a few of them at the local home improvement store.

Here is the picture of the kit. It has the cat shaped inserts (with wood glue) and the small cat-themed pieces (like ears, nose, claws, etc.). The wood for the cat inserts comes in two sizes. This kit only requires the 2mm plywood.

Here are some close ups. The cat shaped inserts and cat-themed pieces are attached to the plywood with wood glue. We used a simple, non-powdered, wood glue. No special wood glue. You could use any regular wood glue you have.

We also used regular wooden scrap pieces to help with assembly.

We decided to make a kit because we were worried that the pieces may end up being too big. With this kit you can easily remove the pieces.

This was one of the first steps in our planning.

Here is the completed cat shape. The finished cat is 4" tall. This kit uses the 2mm birch plywood. The cat shape inserts are 1/2" thick.

Here are the pieces used to make the insert. The pieces are about 2" x 2". We cut the larger pieces in half to get two pieces that are about 1 1/2" x 2".

The piece that is inside the wood glue holding the cat is about 1/4" thick. It is held in place by the wood glue and the cat piece.

Here is one of the cat-themed pieces. We also used a scrap piece of the wood glue holding the cat. The piece is about 1/4" x 1".

Here is the second cat-themed piece that we used.

This kit is for cat lovers. It includes pieces that make up a cat.

There is only one kit in this series. This kit will be $99 plus $15 shipping. We started working on this kit last week. Here are some pictures of the process so far. This is going to be fun to make.
